[Galactus the Planet Eater]

Most of you know that I grew up a Jack Kirby fan. At the height of his work, he drew a series of posters that were avaialable for the then-Marvel Mania club.

For one reason or another, probably because I couldnt afford them, I never got any of them. Well, a few weeks ago, on a hunch, I looked them up and there they were. Had seen them for upwards of $300 each, but I couldnt believe my luck. No one bid on them and I GOT ALL THREE DELIVERED FOR $60.

Did you ever read "the Eternals series" (outta Marvel)?
That's one I'm dying to get my mitts on.....

They're something like 25" X 18" or so.

And yes, I certainly read the Eternals. He did so much great stuff. I got a chance to meet him once at a Comic convention. And I paid him to do a small original drawing. I'll have to unpack it someday and post a pic.
